Layouts & Displays Registration Information

Fee Schedule
 Fee  Description  Amount
 Layout / Display Deposit  A refundable deposit is required to encourage attendance. This will be 100% refunded if your display is set up at the show.  $30.00

 
 Tables  One table and two chairs will be provided at no cost. Extra table and one chair can be rented.  $40.00
 Name Tag  A name tag is required for every displayer who is not registered for the convention.  $2.00 per person
 Banquet only  Saturday evening at Best Western.  $40.00 per person
 BBQ  Friday night BBQ & a beverage during set-up.  $15.00 per person

Please note: Banquet tickets and BBQ tickets must be reserved and paid for when you register.
Tickets for these functions will not be available at the door.

Please note: All Fees are in Canadian dollars.
US Currency will be accepted at PAR. US Cheques must be drawn on a US Bank.
