Silent Auction Information


In conjunction with the Chilliwack Interchange 2008 convention, we will be holding a silent auction.

The Auction will take place in the Best Western Rainbow Country Inn (the official convention hotel). We will be auctioning a wide variety of modelling items, both new and not-so-new, plus other railroad-related items. They will range in value from $1 to $1,000. Most of the new items have been graciously donated by manufacturers and retailers, and their names appear on the bid form. The not-so-new items have been donated by members of the sponsoring club and other kind souls.

Bids will be accepted from Registered conventioneers from Friday to Sunday, with the auction closing at Noon on Sunday.

The winners will need to settle their accounts and pick up their prizes by 4:00 PM Sunday.
